Where does the time go? It seems like the days turn into months and months into years. But we are still happy to have you as a neighbor. The 2024 Board of Directors would like to say we welcome your thoughts, concerns, and comments anytime, and it is your feedback that helps make our community a better place to live.

We want to highlight a couple of things for your consideration and as a friendly reminder. First and foremost, please put your trash cans out on specified trash pick-up day, and return your bins back out of sight after collection. Secondly, we have noted several homes in the community with trees that obstruct the view of their address plate. Per the City of Henderson; All building numbers for residential and non-residential properties must be visible to traffic from the street.

Also, within the community portal login, residents can communicate with our Management Company, pay dues, report violations, and many other things. So take a moment and log in and look around. In addition, our website features some of the most requested documents, forms, and meeting times so that you can be an active part of our community.

The common areas are an essential part of the community for all the residents to use and enjoy along with their pets. It would be greatly appreciated if all pet owners would keep your pets on a leash at all times as well as helping to keep the community clean by picking up after your pet(s).

We understand that today’s lifestyles are fast paced and we’re always in a hurry to get somewhere. But please be considerate to your neighbors and children at play by slowing down while inside the community. Be Safe – Drive Safe!
